AUTOMATIC AND SEMIAUTOMATIC ROVING FRAMES

ADR and ADR Plus automatic roving frame

24 hours of productivity with precision and quality. Doffing in less than 90 seconds.

Among the main features of the ADR roving frame, there is the doffing speed, which is done in less than 1,5 minutes. This high speed and the fact that the machine restarts automatically after the doffing without the intervention of any operator, allow a notable reduction of the machine stop time, increasing significantly the production of each roving frame.

Concerning its technical characteristics, it is important to point out that the flyers format allows to choose between 16’’x6’’ or 16’’x7’’. The activation of the flyers and the drafting is realised by means of servomotors and driver, and the title adjustment is done electronically and/or by means of gears change.

The controls both in the feeding sliver and in the top or bottom roving breakage are realised by means of light barrier. It is also possible to apply individual electronic-mechanical sensors, optionally.

The communication between the operator and the machine is realised by means of PC and touch screen, in an easy and clear dialogue in windows basis. This will allow to regulate, among other parameters, the roving meters on the bobbin, the distance between sliver turns, the roving tension, the torsions change, the shifts counter, …

Available in sections of 16 spindles from a minimum of 32 spindles to a maximum of 192 spindles.

The ADR Plus model, equipped with very similar technical features as the ADR, is specially developed to work with flyers of 16×6’’ (115mm gauge) and it is available in preassembled sections of 18 spindles each; from 36 to a maximum of 252 spindles.

Its special operation without pneumafil system allows a remarkable reduction in the machine energetic consumption, optimized also with the use of high-efficiency motors.

The roving breakage individual detector is also part of the standard equipment of this machine model. It permits an extremely accurate and reliable roving breakage detection and it also allows to have specific information on each spindle.

AF and AF Plus semiautomatic roving frame

Automatic operation of the functions. Manual exchange of bobbins-tubes.

The AF semiautomatic roving frame has the same characteristics than the ADR automatic roving frame with regards to the functions, count adjustment, controls and communication by means of PC and touch screen. On this model, when the bobbin building is completed, the machine cuts the roving automatically and the spindles table leans forward, to make the bobbins collection easier, allowing the operator to work in a much more ergonomic position. Then, the machine fastening is also realised automatically, to continue with the production, without unnecessary wastes of time.

Available also from 32 spindles to a maximum of 192 spindles.

The AF Plus model, equipped with very similar technical features as the AF, is specially developed to work with flyers of 16×6’’ (115mm gauge) and it is available in preassembled sections of 18 spindles each; from 36 to a maximum of 252 spindles.

The roving breakage individual detector is also part of the standard equipment of this machine model. It permits an extremely accurate and reliable roving breakage detection and it also allows to have specific information on each spindle.
