ADR Plus automatic roving frame

Among the main features of the ADR Plus roving frame, we may highlight the doffing speed, as it is fulfilled in less than 1,5 minutes. The high doffing speed and the machine automatic restart after the doffing, without the need of any operator assistance, allow a high reduction of the machine stoppage time, increasing significantly the roving frame production.
There are 2 types of automatic roving frames, the ADR Plus 16’’x6’’ and the ADR Plus 16’’x7’’, both with the same operation and basic technical features, except for the flyers format. The flyers and drafting operation is done by means of servomotors and driver. The count adjustment is done electronically or by means of gears change, depending on the option chosen.
The roving breakage individual detector, which is also part of the standard equipment of these machines, allows to detect the roving breakages in an extremely accurate and reliable way. It also allows to have detailed information on the breakages of each spindle. The entry sliver breakage control is done by means of light barrier.
Based on the flyers format (16×7’’ or 16×6’’), the roving frames are available in sections of 16 spindles (with 130mm gauge) or 18 spindles (with 115mm gauge), from a minimum of 32 up to 224 spindles or from 36 up to 252 spindles respectively.
The communication between the operator and the machine is done by means of PC and touch screen, with an easy and clear dialogue in Windows, which allows to regulate, among other parameters, the roving meters on the bobbin, the separation between sliver turns, the roving tension, the torsions change…
Its special operation without pneumafil system (available as an optional on demand) allows a significant reduction of the machine energetic consumption, already optimized by the use of high efficiency motors.
AF Plus semiautomatic roving frame
Automatic operation of the functions. Manual exchange of bobbins-tubes.
The AF Plus semiautomatic roving frame allows to keep the same features of the ADR Plus automatic roving frame in everything related to functions, count adjustments, controls and communication by means of PC and touch screen. On this AF Plus model, once the bobbin building is completed, the machine cuts the roving automatically and the spindles table leans forward, to make the bobbins collection easier, allowing the operator to work in a much more ergonomic way.
The machine fastening is also automatic, to continue with the production without unnecessary time loss.
This AF Plus semiautomatic roving frame is also available with flyers format of 16×7’’ (with 130mm gauge) or 16×6’’ (with 115mm gauge), from 32 up to 224 spindles or from 36 up to 252 spindles respectively.
